Astrid A. Perez is an associate with the Firm practicing in Immigration Law and General Litigation.
She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in International Business. She received her Juris Doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude and was one of four students in her class named to the National Order of the Scribes by the American Society of Legal Writers.
As a law student, Astrid served as Associate Editor and Editor-in-Chief of the Child & Family Law Journal. She served as President of the student chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, which earned an award for Best Student Chapter during her tenure. She also served as a Student Clinician of the Immigration Law Clinic. Astrid volunteered her time with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), providing free tax return preparation for qualifying tax preparers and the Southern Poverty Law Center, assisting attorneys in completing requests for parole for individuals that were under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
In her free time, Astrid enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with her family.
