Scot L. Shirley is an associate with the Firm and practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, business law, landlord-tenant disputes, and personal injury. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish at Brigham Young University. He returned to BYU for his law degree, graduating cum laude at the J. Reuben Clark Brigham Young University Law School.
Before joining the Firm in 2020, Scot practiced at another Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated law firm in Las Vegas, also focusing on commercial litigation. In his free time, Scot enjoys spending time with his family, reading, watching movies, and traveling. He is fluent in Spanish and travels to Latin America on a yearly basis. He also never passes up an opportunity to attend plays, musicals, and other artistic productions.
