Todd W. Prall is Senior Counsel with the Firm practicing in business and commercial litigation, insurance defense, landlord/tenant law, personal injury, professional liability defense, real estate law, and trust and probate litigation.
Todd is a native of Utah and is licensed to practice in that state. After graduating from Weber State University cum laude with a degree in English in 2001, Todd received his juris doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2004, graduating magna cum laude as a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Todd served as a staff editor and senior editor for the BYU Law Review and received the Hugh B. Brown Barristers award given to one or two third-year students for excellence in performance and preparation in the classroom.
Todd joined the Firm in spring of 2006 after practicing for two years at a small AV-rated law firm in Las Vegas. Todd’s practice prior to joining the Firm included a variety of commercial litigation ranging from landlord tenant disputes to multi-million dollar contract arbitrations and their subsequent appeals. Since joining the Firm, Todd's practice has expanded to include personal injury and insurance defense, trust and probate litigation, professional liability, and all types of commercial and business litigation including contract disputes, corporate disputes, real estate disputes, employment disputes, construction disputes, and mechanic's liens in both state and federal courts.
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Todd is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America and loves being outdoors and spending time with his family.
