Ramez A. Ghally is an associate in the Firm’s litigation department, practicing primarily in the areas of Complex Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Health Law, Administrative Law, Homeowner’s Association Law, and Personal Injury.
Ramez is originally from Alexandria, Egypt. Ramez moved to Las Vegas in 2001 and has been a proud member of the Las Vegas community ever since. After graduating from Bishop Gorman High School, Ramez went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Ramez received his Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. In Law School Ramez received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award and participated in various clubs and volunteer programs. Ramez also had the privilege of participating in multiple externships in the Nevada Federal District Court with the Honorable Chief Judge Gloria Navarro.
Ramez began working with Hutchison & Steffen before going to law school as an assistant/runner with the firm. Ramez subsequently returned to the firm during law school to work as a summer clerk. Upon graduating from law school, Ramez assumed his current role as an associate with the Firm.
In January 2023, Ramez left the Firm to serve as a law clerk for the Honorable Justice Patricia Lee with the Supreme Court of Nevada. During his clerkship, Ramez was able to observe the inner workings of Nevada’s highest Court and gained invaluable experience regarding the practice of appellate law. Ramez’s clerkship ended in August 2023, and he returned to the Firm in September. Upon his return, Ramez became part of the Firm’s established Appellate Litigation team.
In his free time, Ramez enjoys spending time with family, reading, and learning about his various interests, such as history, technology, philosophy, and psychology, and cheering on all of the Las Vegas sports teams.
