BIOGRAPHY

Steven Marzullo is Senior Counsel with Hutchison & Steffen, practicing primarily in landlord/tenant law. Steven has practiced law for 40 years and is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®. Having well-recognized expertise in landlord/tenant law, Steven has lectured judges, attorneys, and property managers via CLE classes. Steven’s sub-specialty relates to mobile home law as he is the lecturer/consultant for the mobile home industry, and has been teaching mobile home manager state-required continuing annual education courses for well over 25 years. Steven has a very strong background in civil litigation and has litigated thousands of cases.
