BIOGRAPHY

R. Gardner Jolley is of counsel with the Firm, practicing in areas such as probate, estate planning, trust, and banking including litigation in those areas. Prior to joining Hutchison & Steffen, Mr. Jolley was a co-founder and senior partner with Jolley Urga Woodbury & Holthus. Mr. Jolley has earned the distinguished AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Jolley has served as a law clerk for Justice David Zenoff of the Nevada Supreme Court, a member of the Board of Governors, and former president of the State Bar of Nevada. Additionally, he has taken on leadership roles within the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar, the Nevada Assembly Legislative Committee, and the Standing Committee of Judicial Ethics & Election Practices. A former Clark County Community College business law instructor, Mr. Jolley frequently conducts seminars throughout the community relating to his areas of practice.
