Jason G. Martinez is a partner in the Firm’s Las Vegas office. He has extensive litigation experience and focuses on appellate law, insurance defense, business law and commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. Jason has significant court-time attributed to arguing complex and novel issues in both State and Federal court, extending to issues of first impression in the State of Nevada, as well as trial experience.

As part of his zealous representation of his clients, he has also been involved in a multitude of appellate processes, including appellate briefing and even argument before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on three occasions, once resulting in a published decision in his client’s favor. Jason has represented clients in cases involving real estate, lien disputes, business litigation, insurance defense and wrongful death.

Jason earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He is admitted to practice in Nevada.
