Hutchison & Steffen Names Cynthia Milanowski Partner

LAS VEGAS — Hutchison & Steffen, one of Nevada’s largest and most respected law firms, is pleased to announce its new partner, Cynthia G. Milanowski. Milanowski joins twenty Firm attorneys who have risen to the rank of partner through years of hard work, attentive and knowledgeable client service, and winning legal ability. Milanowski focuses her practice in business law, commercial litigation, and insurance litigation.

“Cynthia has been practicing law for nearly thirty years, and with Hutchison & Steffen for ten. In that time, she has been known for caring about her clients and cases,” said managing partner, John T. Steffen. “She is respected in the community, and in our Firm, and we’re glad to have her as a partner. She is essential to our Firm and clients for her fine work in the areas of construction defect, business litigation, and insurance defense.”

Milanowski graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, then went on to receive her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, she was named to the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, served as a staff writer and Articles Editor for the International and Comparative Law Journal, and was awarded the Dean’s Academic scholarship, the Jesuit Community scholarship, and the Fletcher Jones and Mabel Wilson scholarships.

Cynthia is admitted to practice and has litigated cases in both federal and state court in Nevada and California. She is also admitted to the State Bar of Colorado.
