Blair C. Parker is an experienced and seasoned trial attorney and dispute resolution professional with decades of legal practice spanning insurance defense, civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death matters. He also served as Board Counsel for the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners from 2023 to 2025, where he advised on regulatory, legislative, and disciplinary matters and represented the Board in legal proceedings, as well as served as Interim Executive Director.

Blair has extensive courtroom experience as lead counsel in both jury and bench trials, as well as presided over 42 jury trials as a Short Trial Judge, and over 450 cases as an Arbitrator, for the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County, Nevada. In addition, he has served since 1999 as a Henderson Municipal Court Judge Pro-Tem and as Henderson Justice of the Peace Pro-Tem since 2000, hearing cases dealing with personal injury, tenant, contractual and commercial disputes.

Blair earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah College of the Law in 1987 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in History from the University of Utah. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and Utah and has maintained an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2007.

Outside of his professional work, Blair enjoys spending time with family and friends, and engaging in cycling, tennis, pickleball, hiking, and traveling.
