Kumen Taylor and Chris Orme recently concluded a jury trial where they defended the Paris Hotel and Casino. Plaintiff claimed a brain injury as a result of a slip and fall at one of the entry-ways to the Paris and petitioned the jury for $139,000. Ultimately, the jury sided with Mr. Taylor and Mr. Orme’s client and delivered a defense verdict for the Paris. Serena Tsosie v.
