Hutchison & Steffen Welcomes Tanya M. Fraser as an Associate Attorney

LAS VEGAS, NV — Hutchison & Steffen, one of Nevada’s largest and most respected law firms, welcomes Tanya M. Fraser as an associate attorney with the Firm’s litigation department at its Las Vegas office. Fraser practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and is admitted to practice in the Nevada State and Federal Courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, and Florida State Courts.

“I’m pleased to welcome Tanya to the Firm,” said John T. Steffen, Managing Partner. “Her experience and knowledge will be an asset to our team and we look forward to her many contributions for our clients.”

Fraser graduated from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and received her Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Casino Resort Management from Tulane University. Prior to joining the Firm, Fraser’s practice included representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation and assisting clients with wills, trusts and estates, bankruptcy, and small business matters.

During law school, Fraser was invited to join Boyd Law School’s elite Moot Court Team. As a Public Interest Fellow, Fraser graduated with Pro Bono Honors after helping to provide legal services to indigent members of the community and to several Native American tribes. She also serves as the ABA’s 14th Circuit Lieutenant Governor of Indian Law, as Co-Chairman of the Native American Law Students’ Association, and as President of the Gaming Law Society.
