Hutchison & Steffen Announces Merger With Greene, Roberts & Rasmussen

Hutchison & Steffen, one of Nevada’s largest law firms, is pleased to announce its merger with Greene, Roberts & Rasmussen, a reputable Las Vegas law firm specializing in estate planning, asset protection, and corporate and business law. The respected and experienced attorneys with the firm, A. Kent Greene, Thomas L. Roberts, C. Michael Rasmussen, and Aaron M. Hegji, will join Hutchison & Steffen, practicing in all areas of corporate and business law and trust & probate litigation matters. The merger was effective as of May 1, 2016.

The attorneys joining Hutchison & Steffen have spent years in Southern Nevada providing comprehensive legal services for both personal and business related issues.

  • A. Kent Greene: Kent is an AV-rated attorney, and has practiced law in Las Vegas for more than 40 years. He mainly practices in tax, business and corporate law, estate planning, and ERISA law, and is a frequent lecturer on employee benefits and tax-related topics.
  • Thomas L. Roberts: Thomas practices primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate and commercial law, including contracts, mergers, and acquisitions. He is a former Vice President of Harshaw Management, Inc., and served in the U.S. Army as a First Lieutenant Infantryman.
  • C. Michael Rasmussen: Michael is a Las Vegas native, and has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. He practices in real estate, estate planning, business and corporate litigation, immigration and international business law. Michael also speaks Japanese.
  • Aaron M. Hegji: Prior to servicing clients with Greene, Roberts & Rasmussen, Aaron served as associate general counsel for one of the largest trust companies in Nevada and represented most of the major lenders in real estate matters. He focuses his practice on estate planning, asset protection, tax, corporate law, and ERISA Law.
