Hutchison & Steffen recently won a major trust litigation case following a two-week trial in state district court. The firm’s client, who served as trustee and beneficiary of a sizable estate, prevailed in legal challenges asserted by siblings of undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud.
