Kevin M. Sutehall is a partner with the Firm, representing clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters, including business/shareholder disputes, bankruptcy litigation, contract claims, real estate disputes, debt collection and judgment enforcement, title insurance-related claims, fiduciary litigation such as corporate management and trust and estate administration disputes, and tort claims.

In more than 20 years as a litigator, Kevin has:

• First and second chaired trials in Nevada state district court, including securing a judgment on behalf of a client during a bench trial
• Successfully represented clients in arbitration hearings
• Secured successful outcomes before the Nevada Supreme Court, including reversal and affirmance of lower court orders
• Assisted client to secure nearly $50 million default judgment in Federal court
• Secured summary judgment on behalf of clients, both Plaintiffs and Defendants
• Participated in a national MDL proceeding pursuing claims of theft of trade secrets, RICO violations, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act violations, and unfair/ deceptive trade practices
• Represented court-appointed receivers and successfully defended Nevada entities against requests to appoint receivers
• Served as mediator and chair of panel in arbitration hearings.

Kevin began his career with the Firm before spending more than a decade as a litigator at an Am Law 100 firm. During law school, Kevin served as an intern at Ernst & Young, where he performed legal research and analysis on tax-related issues. Kevin is also a former intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he was involved in criminal prosecutions and related civil issues.
